Sal DiMeglio, Partner, CPA - Prior to forming Eichen & DiMeglio in 1992, Sal was with the accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche for 10 years in their middle market group. Sal has been involved in all aspects of accounting, auditing and taxation for public and private companies and has done extensive work in mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing and initial public offerings.
Debbie Eichen, Partner, CPA - Debbie was also with Deloitte & Touche for 15 years and is a corporate and individual income tax specialist. Debbie has broad based accounting knowledge and is experienced in all aspects of taxation including compliance, state and local tax issues, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and individual income tax planning and specialized transactions.
John Fresolone, Partner, CPA, MS Taxation - John was a senior manager at Deloitte & Touche and spent approximately 8 years with them in their audit and tax departments. John joined our firm in November of 1997 and is a corporate and individual income tax specialist. He is experienced in all facets of income taxation including compliance, state and local tax issues, FAS 109, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and individual income tax planning and specialized transactions.
Michael Olivieri, Partner, CPA, MS Taxation - Mike joined our firm in June of 2005 after spending several years working with us as a consultant. Mike has spent the majority of his professional experience as a senior tax accountant with Deloitte & Touche and with a corporation as a treasurer and tax manager. Mike has broad based tax, accounting and finance knowledge and is experienced in all aspects of taxation including compliance, state and local tax issues, corporate and individual income tax planning and specialized transactions.
Kathy Gaye, Manager, CPA - Prior to joining Eichen & DiMeglio in March 1993, Kathy was an audit manager with Deloitte & Touche. Kathy has over 20 years experience in auditing public and private companies, and pension plans as well as experience in private industry.
Robert Taubenfeld, Manager, CPA - Robert joined our firm in July 1994 as a senior accountant. Prior to that time, he was a senior tax accountant with Deloitte & Touche. Robert has significant experience in corporate and individual taxes as well as accounting and auditing.
